What a mess, poorly run and organized. My future daughter-in- law had her shower here. They booked the center room which they paraded guest through to a dining area during the party. At one point as they were playing a game the male manager walking right in front of the bride to be. "Icing on the cake". My wife is a pastry chef and made all the desserts when we arrived some had to be refrigerated. All the desserts were labeled.The staff but them in the back. We bought all our own set ups for the dessert table. When it was time for the desserts my wife set up the table, 60 Champagne cupcakes with mimosa icing were missing. I arrived and asked the female manager where they were, with an attitude no care at all stated "the girls said they put them out". I pulled out my phone and said, "here's a picture of the table no cupcakes". No other response or effort made. Aside from that the pasta primavera was a sad sight with a quarter inch of oil in the bottom an about three peas.
I would not recommend this venue for anyone planning a party.
To Manera's please save the cliche response to this review with the canned "we are sorry for your experience and make effort to ensure a good event or blah blah blah". The time to address this was that day, immediately. A day you ruined for my wife. Thanks!!!
