What ice cream shop offers no sugar cones?!? Yes, they will give you a sugar cone on top of the ice cream in a cup but will NOT put it on a cone for you. Needless to say it did not go well for me trying to get the ice cream out of the cup onto a cone. The cherry on top of the cake was a rude owner who was not willing to give me another ice cream after mine fell to the ground but did after a few remarks to my son. Not hard to say "sorry and please let me replace it." I am sure I can find better service elsewhere. Many places will give you a sugar cone and will even put the ice cream in it for you. And no, I did not want a waffle cone. This is public post and I have every right to share my experience. Your response just justifies my "gripes". I was told that you only use cups but you can give me a cone but will not put the ice cream in it. Even your response is rude. Say what you wish but the review remains
