The hummus had a light and nutty flavor with a very smooth texture, perfect for dipping the fresh pita bread in. The baba ganouj surprised me with its roasty flavor, and even though I'm not a fan of parsley or cilantro, the taste wasn't overpowering. The service was quick and efficient, making the warm and cozy atmosphere even more enjoyable.
