The authentic Chettinad flavors here consistently bring back fond memories, with every dish-from the spicy chicken ghee roast to the flavorful biryanis-prepared to perfection and full of bold, satisfying spices. Despite minimal ambiance and service, the quick preparation and quality of the food make it well worth frequent visits, especially for those who appreciate genuine South Indian cuisine.

Immerse yourself in the flavors of Chettinad cuisine at this longstanding favorite in North Brunswick, NJ. Having visited all the branches, from Green St. to Lexington Ave, the consistent quality of the dishes never fails to impress. The warm hospitality and attention to detail make each visit a memorable experience, transporting me back to the tastes of my Tamilian upbringing.

Being from india, came from NH to NY for a trip with 3 other families. Ordered koli rasam 3 qty & they put cold water in it, since not enough for 3. When tasted, no salt, spicy and reported imme. They took it off from bill, but not tolerable, when famous restaurant does this to customers. Chicken lollypop was chewy and not fried correctly & looks like fried in hurry. We went there little late ~9:30 pm & ordered all these ~9:45 pm when they said kitchen is closing @10 pm. So, if you know there is not enough food, then you need to say no, instead of taking orders.
