Located on the west end of town on Route 66, Virgie's may not catch your eye at first glance, but the locals' warm greetings hint at the hidden culinary treasures inside. Despite its unassuming appearance, the cheese enchiladas and rellenos with red and green chili sauce were simply outstanding - I can't wait to return for breakfast.
