Unfortunately, the customer service (or lack thereof) is NOT Stellar! It's quite obvious that the Baristas would much rather be on their phones or gossiping- that's okay but at least greet your customers. Not being acknowledged when we approach the counter or for that matter, upon entrance is unacceptable. We were ready to order and were standing at the counter but ended up walking out because the German or Ukranian barista wanted to argue with my husband. What's deplorable, is that my husband and his group go in and get coffee at bare minimum 4 times a week. They should know their names, what they drink and have those drinks started once they enter the door.
This has happened twice in the last two weeks, once with myself, and then the second time with my husband and me. Is this a big deal? No, not to someone who is passing through........but they'll never get my money again- husband hasn't been back.
Do better- we want to give you, our money; what's worse is you have a tip jar.
