I eat there quite a bit and everything is always perfect

we went to the rest 09/04/21, we waited for over an hour to receive cold food. my son ordered rib eye burger and the fries were cold. my other son ordered "camarones fiesta" and the bed of rice was cold. my daughter ordered rib eye tacos and the tortilla was cold and very light on the meat. my wife ordered "plato combinado" combined plate- and the rice, frijoles, enchilada were cold. the guacamole was hot and it shouldn't be.
i ordered the rib eye fajitas and the meat was warm not hot. the plate was not smoking as it should have been.
it was a complete disappointment, I would no recommend it.
now the staff was super , great service, very friendly and attentive.
