Chico's in Hobbs, NM, may not have the most appealing exterior, but their breakfast and lunch burritos are worth a try. Parking is limited, with only a few spots available in front of the tiny building. The Hurricane burrito, filled with bacon, cheese, chorizo, and more, is a decent pick, though the neighborhood could use some sprucing up.
