EXTREMELY PISSED OFF!!! (Roswell, NM)

I ordered a well done BBQ Bacon Burger with beans as the side and my fiancé ordered a chicken quesadilla after a long day at work yesterday, 4/30/19. The order was verified and I was told the food would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I get to Rib Crib a few minutes early and I pay for my food with my card. I did not leave a tip this time and I signed both copies of receipts. Once brought my food, being tired, I peeked in the bag, saw a burger and quesadilla, then headed home. Once there, my fiancé reminded me that the BBQ sauce for the burger and the sour cream and salsa for the quesadilla were missing. I got in my car and headed back to Rib Crib. Once there, I spoke to the same boy who took my order over the phone. He went to the back and brought a bag with some packs of ketchup inside. I explained to him that the sauce I wanted was BBQ, sour cream, and salsa. He apologized and then brought some. I headed home. Once there, we started to eat and I realized that I did not have my side of beans. I called Rib Crib and spoke to the same boy before. He explains to me that the computers were shut down already and that if I wanted, I could come back in the following day and speak to the manager named Stephanie. I asked the boy for his name, which he said was Robert. He stated that he would take note of the issue and that all I had to do would be to come in the next day to be issued a full refund for the inconvenience. I was satisfied. Today, 5/1/19, I headed to Rib Crib after work (around 7pm) and Robert was in the front of the store at the register. He greeted me and I asked for Stephanie. Few minutes later, he comes up to the front with a female that I assume is her. Her name was Amanda and she was the shift manager. Amanda asked me what my issue was and I explained everything I stated above. She asks for my receipt and I state that I left it home, but that I could show her my bank statement and I did have my ID and card on me used for the purchase. She stated that it was ok and not needed. She then headed to the back of the store with Robert and they speak for a few minutes. Amanda comes back and states that there are no records that I called or even came into the store yesterday. At this point I am annoyed and I look at Robert and he is grinning. I tell Amanda that if I did not call in, then how did I know Stephanie and Robert’s names? I then showed Amanda my bank statement, in which she replied that she would not be able to process a refund because they are unable to provide refunds to customers the following day and that it had to be the same day as the transaction. I then state that if that is the case, then why did Robert tell me to come in the next day to get a refund? I look over at Robert and he is still grinning. Amanda then states that she knows Robert personally and there is no reason for him to lie about the situation and that he wouldn't make the story up. At this point, Amanda was basically calling me a liar and she repeated that she could not give me a refund, then looked at me like I was dumb. She then went on to tell me that tomorrow, 5/2/19, would be her last day anyway, basically like she really just did not care. I told her that I was not satisfied with the way I was being treated and that I wanted to speak with Stephanie. Amanda then told me to come in Friday morning or the weekend. Since I work on Friday, I agreed to come in on Saturday. I then head back home. Once there, I go in my work room and find my receipt on my desk. I look at it and realize that I was charged $5 extra on my bank account. Since I didn't leave a tip, the only explanation is that Robert changed the tip amount in the computer. I immediately head back to the restaurant. Once there, I tell Robert to get Amanda again. He’s still grinning. I'm doing everything in my power to remain calm. He brings Amanda to the front and I explain to her about the $5 difference. She looks at the receipt and my bank statement in disbelief. She then rushes to the back of the restaurant with my receipts for about 5-6 minutes, then comes back. She explains that she tried calling the manager, but Stephanie was, “Probably home with the kids”. She then states that she really didn’t know what to do in this situation and that she is just the shift manager. I’d have to still speak to Stephanie. Amanda then asks me if I wanted my receipt back. Hell yeah, I do! She then made a copy and brought back my originals. She took my phone number and stated I should be receiving a call from Stephanie tomorrow. I’m not one to wish bad on anyone, but Robert needs to be fired. If he stole $5 from me and lied about me to my face in front of his shift manager. I know that I cannot be the first person he’s done it to. Will update once I speak to Stephanie.
