Walking into this old adobe, the warm fire and genuine smiles instantly wrapped me in a comforting embrace, where every dish-especially the green chili casserole-is a soulful taste of New Mexican tradition. The friendly staff, led by a knowledgeable and inviting owner, made me feel like part of a longtime local family, sharing stories over homemade tortillas and sopapillas that rival any I've ever had. This unpretentious spot pulses with history and heart, offering a cozy atmosphere where the rich flavors and lively conversations create memories that linger long after the last bite.
