I literally finished eating less than 5 minute ago. I tried to order online but I decided to call and place the order to ensure my food would be ready when my Lyft arrived to pick it up. I have mixed feeling about this. The first male I spoke with said the food may not be ready at the time specified (over 90 minutes in the future) and I may have to wait. The female that actually took the order said my food would be ready at the time I specified. I placed my order and tipped 15%. When I arrived to pick up the food inside the bag there is a piece of paper that states “It is your responsibility to check that the order is complete before leaving the parking lot.” There was no receipt or any accounting of the in the bag, I was not emailed a receipt, and I honestly forgot exactly what I ordered. When I returned to my hotel I discovered my large orange juice was missing. The Belgian waffle was very hard but became a bit softer after 30 seconds in the microwave the sand which type item was ok. This establishment also does not affiliate with a delivery service. Because I am a visitor from over 1200 miles away I had to spend almost $30 just to pick up the food via Lyft which is not their problem but it adds insult to injury when the order is incomplete, no receipt is provided, and I am expected to account for the accuracy of the order prior to leaving the establishment. I have never ordered take out without being given some type of receipt be a paper copy or digital copy. I would suggest just dining in. I doubt I will ever eat here again given this treatment.
