Great food good prices

Been here 4 days in a row, ordered a latte, and was given a free refill of coffee. Today the barista decided I wasn't going to get a free refill, "because that is not the way we do things here". She argued with me, no de-escalation skills at ALL. I want my tip returned (20% of a latte and an $11 breakfast order separately) and I will not be back which she snottily said, " I'm so sorry to hear that." In a time of really bad customer service, this is the worst I've had in my 6600-mile trip.
