Every visit to Bourbon House in New Orleans immerses me in a vibrant atmosphere where the charbroiled oysters, buttery and perfectly complemented by lemon, always steal the show. From the lively raw bar where shucking oysters happens right before your eyes, to the unforgettable apple pie bread pudding and flavorful crab boiled potatoes, every bite tells a delicious story of this city's rich culinary charm.
