During a quick getaway, I visited a mom and pop establishment known for its exceptional service and outstanding Dreamsicle snow cone, which was perfectly smooth and flavorful. While the tamales fell short of expectations, the wide variety of syrup options, tasty snacks, and friendly staff make it a great choice for enjoying sweet treats and casual bites in a scenic, convenient location near downtown New Orleans.

During my first visit to this small family-owned joint on a quick trip, the service was outstanding and I tried the dreamscicle snow cone which was absolutely delicious. The tamales I ordered were a bit of a letdown, hence the four-star rating, but I'll definitely be back for those amazing snow cones. It's my top pick in the 504 for a tasty treat and a chill hangout with friends, with great vibes, service, and music.
