The food at Brothers Trattoria is consistently delicious, with standout dishes like eggplant Parmesan, veal, carbonara, and lobster ravioli, complemented by attentive and friendly service from the staff. Although they don't offer delivery and are closed one day a week, the quality, atmosphere, and reasonable prices make it my go-to for Italian cuisine in Poughquag.

The food at Brothers Trattoria is consistently delicious, with only a slight hiccup on the eggplant dish. The owner creates a warm and friendly atmosphere that adds to the overall dining experience. My only wish is for them to offer delivery service and have a more flexible closing schedule, as their food is truly worth enjoying more often.
