The clear soup and sushi were both fantastic, with fresh ingredients and proper preparation that pleasantly exceeded my expectations, especially the dancing lobster roll. Although the service can be a bit slow due to limited staff, the food quality, friendly atmosphere, and reasonable prices make it worth the wait, and I look forward to returning.

Enjoyed some delicious clear soup and fresh sushi at Mt Fuji. The quality and flavor of the sushi was impressive, especially coming from a larger city. The dancing lobster roll is a standout choice on the menu. Looking forward to returning for more tasty food and friendly service.
