Owners of Frankies Pizzeria named Holly Tublewicz and Andrew Haynes have used the store front as a scamming operation. They would use the debit and/or credit card number that the customer used to purchase their meal and steal the customers identity. They also sold cars purchased from Victory Used Car Sales in Rutland Vermont, drive it to the restaurant location using Vermont temp license plates, Markup their purchase price $500.00 to $1,000 dollars and make the purchaser do all of the transfer paperwork to obtain New York documentation to make the vehicle legal in New York State, when simply just going to Victory Used Cars would reduce the cost of purchasing through a seedy middleman like Andrew Haynes and Victory Sales can help you with the documentation. These two people mentioned have been reported to Law Enforcement and Local officials exposing their scamming operation. Once exposed, they made a sudden departure and closed their business at their Lake George New York store front as of May 2019. Remember the names for they are known to reopen as another Pizzeria to continue their scam on the public.
