My go to restaurant, but the best regional chef failed me on Friday. Steak was definitely not freshly cooked at meal time; reheated from the night before at best. Like reheated leftovers at home; meat shriveled up, slightly warm on edges, cold in the middle, extremely dry, and tough. And, no matter what sauce is used on top, you cannot hide reheated cooking down below. Definitely a zero rated meal and poor decision to allow the plate to leave the kitchen.
