I went to this Burger King with an online order to pick up via drive thru. They didn’t receive my online order, which is fine, but all they needed to say was “we’re sorry this happened you can call the online hotline for a refund.” But instead, and let me emphasize that I was kind, soft-spoken and considerate, the manager perched at the second window with a scowl on his face. I pull up and he says “LOOK WE DON’T HAVE YOUR ORDER!” And I - “I understand but we paid,” showing him my online receipt. He responds along the lines of “I don’t care, we don’t have it. I don’t know what you want me to do,” in a self riotous and condescending tone. Um all you have to do is appologize for the system not working correctly and kindly tell me to call the hotline number. THAT’S All. And this garbage spewing out of his mouth continued with his his huffs and puffs and annoyance for me for literally NO REASON. After I show the receipt, “I don’t care, you can’t have it (the order). What do you want me to do?!” “I’m not refunding you, you have to call them!” Call who?!! Be clear and consist, not a jerk. The whole thing was just ridiculous and rude. I wasn’t demanding a refund or anything, I was looking for clarity and why I needed to do to get some damn lunch. Don’t go there, not worth being scolded at like a child! I’ve literally never experienced such a bizarre interaction that was so undeserved. I never write these reviews either, but this was just insane. They’re rude and unhelpful and all I wanted was a damn whopper. Forget this place, got to one of the nice small business food places in the area. They’re all a million times better in regards to customer service .
