THE best local restaurant! Fantastic food and clean, CLean, CLEAN!!! The Sorge family certainly pays attention to detail in both their menu offerings as well as cleanliness of the entire restaurant. That includes ALL food prep areas. We have been going to Sorge’s Restaurant since before we had our wedding dinner there back in 1986! I highly recommend Sorge’s. We are very lucky to have this restaurant close to home right here in Corning, NY
