I am usually in there on a weekly basis. The staff is very courteous, helpful, and efficient. I enjoy going in to either sit and talk with the staff while I eat my meal or just go in for great food! The prices are fantastic and there is other place that cares as much for their customers as Captain Kidz. What a wonderful way to have a pleasant eating experience.
I also enjoy the outside dining in the late Spring, Summer, and Fall. What a perfect way to take in the beautiful scenerary of the canal and the travelers while outside eating your meal.
A pleasant resturant that knows exactly what to do and how to do it 100% of the time. Excellent customer service.

Everything we order is awesome! Fish fries, hot roast beef dinner, lasagna, burgers, I could go on forever... Bottom line is that anything we order is fantastic and is here hot in a reasonable time. We love these guys. Fans for life! Geno, Sandy, Jenni, Nate and Cody.

While the food is generally excellent my problem comes in when i need a home delivery. I do not keep cash on me so I have had to give them my debit card number, only to discover that the person who took my order actually wrote it on the ticket.
I have had my debit card number stolen in the past and while i cannot definitely say the problem came from them, but it is high on my suspect list.
BTW other restaurants in the area use the HALO system where the debit card number is entered while on the phone so there is no danger of others ever seeing it. Capatain Kidz needs to step up get online ordering, and use a secure system for when someone calls to place an order.
