I owned a restaurant for over 30 years in Jamestown until we retired. The first time I ate at Petillos I had a very poor veal dish. I thought that "everyone can have a bad day" so I decided to try the restaurant again. I had the same poor experience and began to see a pattern. I figured twice disappointed was enough; but, good friends insisted that perhaps if I went with "regulars" I might have a better experience. I don't know why being with "regulars" should make a difference in how a restaurant serves you: but, I went a third time. It was worst than before. Three strikes and your out.

I am a local restaurant owner and when I have a special occasion we always go to the House of Petillo. Mark has been a friend for many years and never fails to provide us with a very fine meal and great experience. I'm taking friends there tonight.
