Why don't the servers ask if you want your food to go or eat in? It's frustrating to see every sandwich in a cardboard box and paper bag, especially when the food is really good and the staff is so friendly; I just wish they'd be a bit more mindful of waste!

Why don't the folks behind the counter ask if you want your food to go or dine in? Every sandwich is packed in a cardboard box and then slipped into a paper bag. I get the box for convenience, but the paper bag seems unnecessary - doesn't the owner care about recycling and the environment? The food is tasty, the atmosphere is nice, and I definitely suggest checking it out. The Fernando sandwich with jalapeños, tomatoes, eggs, bacon, and cheese on amazing bread is a must-try, and the coffee is intense and delicious.
