Do not go to Main Street Pizza, Batavia NY if you want to talk to your table friends. Place is soooooo loud. Will think many times before going back. Noise ruined the whole experience!

Absolutely LOVE Main St Pizza Company! There pizza is to die for along with there grilled barbeque chicken wings! The best pizza and wings I have ever had! Thank you and continue to give great food and service to your customers.

Very disappointed in meal received. I ordered the doghouse plate, and it came in a genuine dog bowl. Not kidding, and received quite a few looks, and to be honest, felt strange eating from it and it decreased my appetite. The sausage was not a link or pattie, but was instead a square piece of something that did not taste like any sausage I've had before. Lastly we were seated near the entrance to the kitchen, and we saw the goings on in the kitchen and all the scraps and leftovers being put into a canister. This entrance should be hidden from sight with customers. May not go back.

I ordered 2 dozen wings and picked them up. I live outside of Batavia. When I got home I checked and they were wrong. I called and they said they would replace them with the right ones. No one offered to deliver so I wouldn't have to go back to Batavia or not even a discount on my next purchase. Great pizza and wings but very poor customer service. I haven't been back since. I feel they did not care that I was inconvenienced.

on saturday the 24th i ordered pizza and wings for 2pm. they were ready at 2pm,no complaints. on getting home 15-18 minutes later i found the pizza stone cold and the wings luke warm. i do know the food will cool off some coming home but the car was heated up. when i called to complain some i was told it was my fault for having it in the car too long. i wasnt asking for anything just letting them know that the pizza was probably made early and started to cool down before i even picked them up. the employee was very rude to me and when i told him there were other places in batavia he hung up on me. its too bad because i like main street pizza and i really havent been going anywhere else for the past 2 years or so. what really bothered me was how the employee treated me. its repeat customers that keeps restaurants going. you have lost one of them and i guarantee you will lose more with employees like that. cold food is 1 thing, rude behavior is another

I called in an order of 3 chicken finger subs from home in Byron, Which is 15 minutes from Main Street Pizza in Batavia, NY. The girl on the phone told me the subs would be ready in 20 minutes. When i got there 25 minutes later ( Because i had to stop to get gas for my car ) The subs were still not ready, But told me the subs would be right out in a few minutes. Well, I ended up waiting there 40 more minutes , Making it one hour and 5 minutes for them to make 3 subs. When she brought the subs out to me, She never said she was sorry for making me wait or anything. When i got home, The large chicken finger subs only had 3 thin chicken fingers on them with tons of lettuce to make it look thick. I called back to complain , But was hung up on.. WELL ! It's needless to say I'll never go there again.

Worth taking the ride from Orchard Park to pick up the best pizza in WNY Chicago deep dish and meat lovers pizza out of this work
