There's plenty of parking with a short, paved walk to the entrance, and the service was friendly and fast even on a rainy afternoon. We enjoyed solid food like the au jus sandwich and cream-based chili, along with delicious peach cobbler, all while taking in the amazing scenic views from our window seat. The staff was helpful too-when my husband had an allergic reaction, a quick response with benadryl made a big difference, which made the experience even better.

Plenty of parking is available near the restaurant, with a short paved walk to the front doors making it easily accessible. Despite arriving on a rainy afternoon, we were promptly served our drinks and meal, enjoying solid food and good service. The restaurant offers a scenic view and free wifi, but the connection may be unreliable in inclement weather. Additionally, there is a gift shop attached to the restaurant, making it a convenient stop for visitors exploring the North Carolina mountains.
