We heard about this factory from several sources and finally decided to visit on our way back from Fort Bragg, despite some confusing GPS directions. The factory is only open a few hours a week, and when we arrived late in the afternoon, we were the only customers, so we bought several pounds of their famous mustard and tomato-based Que to enjoy with buns we had picked up earlier. After trying both varieties at home, we liked the mustard base best, though it could have used a bit more sauce, so I plan to call them to find out where to purchase it separately.

I recently had the chance to visit a unique factory that offers delicious products, only open for a few hours a week. Despite some confusion with directions, I made it there and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of sauces available. After trying their mustard base and tomato base sauces, my preference leans towards the former, although I wish there was more sauce provided. I recommend reaching out to the factory directly to inquire about purchasing the sauces for future enjoyment.
