Local Small joint.
The food is always good and the prices are good.
There always seems to be new employees....

The lady that left the review that has eaten all over the world needs to stay out of this state and eat elsewhere! I also have eaten at 4 star restaurants around the U.S. and have eaten in Europe and the Caribbean. By the way I am originally from N.J.
Amar has always treated myself and family well. This restaurant is a local establishment that offers typical Italian/Greek/American fare. It is not fancy and is not expensive. The baked ziti is very good. The stromboli, pizza, and burgers are good. The grilled chicken salad is plentiful and excellent. I usually have the creamy Italian dressing. Wings are good and won a local award at the Children's Home competition a couple of years ago. The Chicken Slovaki that Amar personally does is outstanding.
It is unfortunate that the out of state party did not give the restaurant a chance to make up for the initial experience. I believe they would have been pleased with the food. Amar has always been very pleasant to the customers when we have been in the restaurant so possibly his so called rudeness may have been provoked. My family is not involved in Law Enforcement but I believe I may have had some family members in the Mafia! Give Capri's a chance I think you will be pleased.

I had the most horrible experience I have ever had at any restaurant in my life just now and I have travelled all over the U.S. and been to 17 different countries. My party and I ordered 2 salads, mozerella sticks, lasagne, a BLT and Alfredo. We ate the salads and then when the moz. sticks arrived we saw that there were only five small sticks... for $5.00. I politley asked to speak to the manager, I was directed to a man named Amar. He immediately had an attitude with me and asked me what he should do with them, "Throw them away?" I told him he seemed agitated and that I was uncomfortable and to please just charge us for the two salads so that we could leave. He reacted by saying that the rest of our food was cooking in the back and, "What am I supposed to do with it?" I told him that this burdon was on him and that he had given bad customer service and that we did not owe him money for food we had not yet received let alone consumed. He then threatened to call the police! He would not let me or my party leave as he grabbed the phone to dial 911! I am from a family of law enforcement so I laughed at the very idea of this! My friends were uncomfortable and offered to pay for everything. I tried to encourage them not to and went outside after more heated discussion and personally called the Thomasville Police Department. The dispather connected me to Officer Weaver. This very polite and informative officer explained to me (being that I am from out of state and had these questions about local law) that there was no way that he could have had me or anyone from my party arrested and that she personally had had a similar experience at the very same restaurant and with with Amar!
Never eat at this restaurant. It was unclean, empty and Amar was beyond rude. I called after all this (might I also add that he glared at me all the way to my car) and he refused to even provide me with his or the GM's name (public information) and then said he would call the law if I called the restaurant again! Now when I call the BBB I do not even know who to complain about. I only know Amar's name because this is a small town (another reason to give outstanding customer service).
