Phyllis at St. Paul's Armory is a catering magician, always ensuring our needs are met. The Williams family's restaurant is a gem, offering a warm atmosphere and delicious food. The Sunday lunch spread is unbeatable, just like Grandma's home-cooked meals. Give it a try and say hello to Phyllis!

Great atmosphere! Half the restaurant has carolina memorabilia and half is nc state memorabila. Thus the name, Tarpackers. Only complaint is where is the DUKE stuff. The food is good and so is the service.
