I discovered an amazing bakery in a quaint town during our family road trip through the Dakotas in July 2017. The owner warmly welcomed us and offered to show us how their freshly made Kuchen was baked. The Kuchen we indulged in was a highlight of our summer, with its light, delicate texture and luscious cheese buttons. The selection of breads, buns, and pastries was excellent, and we left wanting more of their delicious treats.
