Please read whole review to understand why I would give it zero stars if I could. Let me explain why.
Snappy has been our go to place for wings and late night food for a while until now. Today I called them to place an order for delivery, I ordered large onion rings and 10 chicken wings with hot sauce on the side. the lady that took my order was pretty much rushing the whole thing and she hung up before repeating the order or letting me know the total when I said I would pay cash on delivery, leaving me clueless as to how much I would owe them. I had to call back to ask her how much my total was. My order came in about 30 mins. The delivery lady was nice and gave me the food and I told her to keep the change. When I opened the box, I saw that they tossed my wings and it was now drenched with hot sauce and I couldn’t eat that as it was so strong I was choking from the smell of it. I called them to let them know that I asked for the sauce on the side. She immediately denied. She said they could make us another order but I would have to pay delivery fee. First she said I never said that, then she went on to say she didn’t hear it. I said well that is not my mistake, I did say sauce on the side. Silence. I said again, “hello?” She said well she would have to talk to the boss and call me back and I said sure. After 10 mins she left me a voicemail asking to call back. I asked my fiancé to call her as I was scared to talk to her given how rudely she responded to me. She told my fiancé the same thing again. My fiancé then said it was not my mistake so they should compensate for it and we asked to talk to the owner. The owner was understanding about it after we explained the situation and he said that we could keep the wings and he would pay for the delivery and get us a new order. We thanked him and waited for the order. After another 30 mins the same lady that was nice before showed up looking mad pissed and I explained that they had given me a wrong order and was about to take the box from her when she glared at me at snapped, “do you have the wings?!” I didn’t understand at first and said yes I had an order of wings. She said well do you have it? Then it dawned on me that this person was asking for my old order back!!! When it was clearly not told to us that we had to return it! Not that I would hesitate to return it but the fact is we were clearly told we could keep it by the owner himsef! I felt so insulted and told her to wait and went back into the house and got it. I gave it to her, she was lowly enough to open the box, check it and count the wings right in front of me while standing at my door! Only then did she hand over the new order to me, still glaring at me. I don’t usually complain but needless to say, this experience left me no choice.
Overall, I just want to say, snappy tomato, we will not be ordering from you ever again. It was a disappointing and insulting situation that we had to face today. A restaurant does not succeed only for its food but also for its service and there is serious issues with your service.

My bf asked me to review snappy in Antigonish. It was unpleasant from seeing a mouse or rat whatever. Our food was uncooked. The cooks didn't wash after touching cash register. Do not recommend this restaurant or whatever it is. Yuck.

I keep trying different meals off the menu and disappointed every single time. The cooks are not clean, hand washing I noticed is rare. The owner has the fakest smile and personality ever. I noticed they go through many employees. Not a good establishment all around. Save your hard earned money and eat somewhere else in town!
