The rainbow bagel with rainbow sprinkle cream cheese made my son very happy, and the service was fast and friendly despite the steady lines. The bagels have a great chew with a soft interior, the falafel sandwiches are fresh and well-balanced, and while some dishes lean toward sweetness, the overall experience is satisfying and worth adding back into the rotation.

Our mission was clear: find a rainbow bagel, and we did just that. My son's face lit up as we left with a rainbow bagel and rainbow sprinkle cream cheese. The small storefront on the Upper West Side was bustling with eager customers, but we managed to snag a table on a rainy Saturday morning. The bagels were satisfyingly chewy on the outside and soft on the inside, making our visit to Bagels & Co. a delightful experience.
