After a late flight from Denver, I found myself craving some good late-night food in NYC and landed at the White Horse Tavern, where the relaxed vibe and quick service instantly made me feel at home. Tina, our server, was fantastic-she put credits on the jukebox and filled the place with great music while we enjoyed delicious food and affordable drinks that went down effortlessly. Despite the busy Friday night crowd, the bartenders and staff handled everything smoothly, creating a warm, festive atmosphere that made me wish I lived closer to this welcoming neighborhood tavern.

looking for the place off the beaten path and wondering into "Locals Only" territory, we found Whitehorse and fell in love. The dark wood interior, long bar and small kitchen was the cozzy feeling of a ma and pop tavern in England thrown right into the heart of the Financial District.
