During a chilly day in the East Village, I enjoyed a comforting beef-ginger broth that was both delicious and warming, with innovative toppings that added a nice touch. While the flavors are exceptional and the quality impressive, I find the broths a bit salty and on the pricey side, though their frozen quarts make for convenient healthy meals at home.
