The restaurant offered an exceptional soul food experience with perfectly tender meats like ribs and tri-tip, complemented by flavorful sides such as macaroni and cheese, collard greens, and their signature potato salad. The welcoming service and inviting atmosphere made every visit memorable, with the owner and staff showing genuine hospitality and passion for quality. Despite its unfortunate closure, the impact of the food and community presence will be deeply missed by many who appreciated the fresh, well-seasoned dishes and fair prices.

I was devastated to hear about the closure of the beloved restaurant run by Pastor Brown. His soulful dishes and warm demeanor will truly be missed. First time picking up food from this establishment. EXCELLENT and highly recommend trying to place out. We will surely be eating there often.

Food does not taste good. The potato salad is sweet and super garlicky...awful combo. I had the tri tip sandwich, it was ok. My bf got the catfish, it was ok, the pieces were long spears tho, odd. Don't bother with the peach cobbler, it is really soupy. This meal cost us 37 bucks....I can't believe the potato salad is so gross!!!!! :(
