The dry braised green beans and the fried rice stood out with their bold flavors, especially the spicy chicken fried rice which hit the mark perfectly, while the crab Rangoon was a disappointment in comparison. The generous portions, freshly prepared dishes like kung pao chicken and salt and pepper fish, and the friendly, attentive staff create a comforting and satisfying experience that keeps me coming back time and again.

The green beans and vegetable chow mein were delicious, but the crab Rangoon wasn't my favorite. The variety of chow mein and fried rice dishes at Dragon Rouge Bistro were impressive, and the walnut shrimp was a standout for me.
