I needed a large order for a party, and the staff helped customize my bagel boxes, pre-sliced everything, and even carried it out to my car with friendly service. The brisket bagel is amazing, and despite the busy Saturday morning, my online order was ready quickly and the team handled the crowd efficiently. While the bagels are great and service fast, I find the cream cheese portion small for the price, and the breakfast burrito often has cold spots.

I went in person to order a large customized bagel order for a party, and the staff graciously pre-sliced everything, helped me to my car, and even gave me my first senior discount; the bagels were delicious, the service was fast, and I can't wait to come back next weekend, although the cream cheese charges are a bit steep and the breakfast burrito is consistently cold.
