The food at Hot Rice is delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly when you engage with them. Whenever I find myself at the mall, I always make a beeline for Hot Rice for their scrumptious Happy Family and steamed dumplings. Despite the unassuming appearance of the place, the food quality and generous portions never fail to impress me.
