I'm giving this four stars because the steaks and fries my husband and son had were fantastic, and the salad bar was a nice touch. My bisque was a bit heavy on the sherry, and the stuffed shrimp had a strong fishy aftertaste that I wasn't crazy about, but the sides started off great before getting a bit too greasy for me. The view and atmosphere were lovely, the service attentive, and even though I'm on the fence about returning, my son declared his steak one of the best he's ever had.

After enjoying a satisfying meal at Sweetwater, I found the flavors of the bisque and stuffed shrimp to be a bit overpowering for my taste. The side dish of potatoes and Brussels sprouts started off tasty but became greasy as I continued eating, leaving me unable to finish my meal. However, the lovely views, pleasant ambiance, and attentive service made the overall dining experience enjoyable, and I would consider returning in the future.
