Awful! Customer service is terrible, the wait time for a 14" pizza is approximately 2 hours ( and cold) , and the owner is full of excuses! Go elsewhere and get hot food fast! Not cold food slow!

There has not been a Padrone's Pizze on Main St. for over 10 + yrs. This menu does NOT reflect current pricing or menu items at either the Allentown Rd. store or Bellefontaine Ave. store.

I don't know what these people are talking about. I order here once every two weeks at work and the food is always here ahead of the time that they tell me. everything that I eve get from there is right and delicious. the pizza in the best pizza in lima there is nothing that can beat it. Keep up the great work and those nurses from memorial don't know what they are talking about.

I ordered from here numerous of times and it never fells my food is aways delivered two hours later and not right...... I most definitely will not be ordering from them in the future

I am so disappointed. I work at a hospital across from this padrones. We order from here regularly, at least a few times a week. The food is usually ok. I had ordered a philly sub but requested chicken instead of philly meat. When I got my sub it was actually a chicken club, and had chicken club written on the wrapper! When I called to ask If I could get the sub I ordered I was told that the person who called the order in had ordered it wrong, and that she was certain she had read the order back to her, but then turned around and said that she had me down for a philly with chicken. On the menu that I ordered from it said a philly had phlilly meat, onion, green pepper, mushroom, cheese and ranch. The sub I got had lettuce tomato and mayonnaise on it. The person then said if that is what I wanted then that is what I should have asked for! THAT IS what I asked for, she then told me I must have an old menu because the philly doesn't have those things on it and that the philly is a chicken club but with philly meat. WHATEVER! When I asked for manager she said that she was the manager, and refused to tell me when I could speak to the store owner, then hung up on me. Needless to say I will never order from here again. The sub was incorrect, that can be fixed, but the "manager" was rude. Apparently this store doesn't value regular customers. Since we all order from the same place we will no longer be order from Padrones as long as I am working. Im sure Rigalis will appreciate some new business.

I am not happy!! I ordered my pizza tonight at 5:20 called into the store about my order at 6:20 they said my order was out! I waited until 6:50 to call back in and talked to manager and said that neither one of her drivers had my order!! I mean granted she took money off my order but this is not the first time ive had problems!! I will not be ordering from here again! I love the food but waiting time is ridiculous!!
