Great food, great price! Surprisingly good and fast for such a small place. Friendly people and great coupons!

I have loved everything I have purchased from Triple play! If something is not right (which is hardly ever) it is made right. Food is great!

I WILL NEVER ORDER PIZZA FROM TRIPLE PLAY AGAIN!
We are celebrating my son’s birthday this weekend and I was calling to place a large pizza order in advance as a courtesy. I wasn’t able to locate a menu online and called so inquire about one so I could formulate the order and call back. When I asked the gentleman about whether or not a menu was online he said yup and when I inquired about a specific address he said “I don’t know it’s somewhere out there maybe on Facebook. “ He said goodbye and I said wait can I ask a few more questions and he said “nope” and hung up the phone.
I called immediately back and a female answered the phone. I asked her what the gentleman’s name was that just hung up on me. She said “Randy, are you the one that called about Facebook?” I advised her that I didn’t call about Facebook, I was calling to place an order of 15 pizza’s for my son’s party and that I would no longer be doing so and that I would not order from them ever again. She said oh he thought it was just one of those junk calls. I told her to have a nice day and hung up.
A few minutes later I received a call back from the woman at my place of employment asking who I was and who I worked for. I told her my name was Traci and I’m a resident in Ashville as well as a former customer of theirs. She asked again where I worked and I let her know that, that was not relevant to anything that just happened. She said it was because if I am going to call and harass them she was going to call and harass me at my job. She said she has lived in Ashville for 26 years, drives a bus for Teays Valley School District and she doesn’t have a problem telling me like it is. She said she was just reaming her husband’s A$$ for how he was just childish on the phone and that I was being childish the same way he was. She asked again where I worked and I advised her it wasn’t relevant and that she is never to call this phone number again and I hung up the phone.
This all stemmed because I was planning to call and place a large order with them for Saturday. I had every right to be upset because I was hung up on and treated poorly as a customer. She had NO Right to call me back at my place of employment and threaten to harass me.
