The fried chicken here is always cooked perfectly-crispy on the outside and juicy inside-with simple seasoning that lets the chicken's natural flavor shine. The atmosphere has a nostalgic, down-to-earth vibe that makes it feel like stepping back in time, complete with walls full of interesting things to look at and a lively energy from the friendly staff. While the menu is limited mostly to chicken and fried okra, the generous portions and authentic taste make it a must-try for anyone who truly appreciates classic fried chicken.
