The pull up and b drive thru being close was understandable and more become a norm. Wish could atleast keep drive thru pen with the walk in. Some aren't able to walk in and having to drive out to see wasting time and gas money because they won't answer the phone well eventually cost the business customers. It already is.

Asked for a cup for water. Was charged 49 cents. Ridiculous, it is just a plastic glass of water. Real nice to charge a senior citizen for water.
