The food at Charlie's, especially the fried chicken and BBQ, is consistently hot, plentiful, and among the best I've tasted in Stigler, Oklahoma. The staff are generally friendly and pleasant, making the dining experience enjoyable on multiple visits. However, one individual, believed to be the owner's youngest daughter, displayed a poor attitude, was inattentive while taking orders late in the evening, and did not set a positive example for others working there.
