Sat in drive through today around 1pm for 1 hr. Waiting to order. Couldn't get out of line to go somewhere else. Cars lined up. Burgers were cold. Wasn't going to return them with a 1 hr wait time. Disappointed in the wait time and temp of food. Problem is they have the best tasting burgers. My last time visiting BK, too many times this has happened.
