The gluten-free vegan cakes from Two Birds Baking Co. are truly exceptional. As someone who has been following a gluten-free and dairy-free diet for years, I can confidently say that these cakes are the best I've ever had. The owner, Leslie, is incredibly kind and the cakes, cupcakes, and baked goods are all simply amazing. Even if you're not vegan, you'll be blown away by the deliciousness of these treats - they're perfect for any celebration or event.
