Today, I savored the BBQ Pork Omelette with rich gravy poured over a bed of rice. Expecting a resemblance to Egg Foo Young, I found this dish to be more substantial with slender bamboo shoots adorning the plate. The boldness of the gravy, tinged with a hint of Smokey Soy Sauce, added depth to the flavors. Despite the slight deviation from my expectations, the meal left me thoroughly satisfied and intrigued to explore more of the menu offerings at Sky Express.
