The food at Carinas Uruapan was delicious and authentic, served with great customer service. The restaurant may not look fancy, but the flavors are impressive, especially the generous tacos. I picked up a carnitas burrito and another with beans, rice, and onions - both were flavorful and satisfying. Carinas Uruapan saved the day for our sweet 16 party when our original caterer canceled last minute, providing delicious food for 100 guests in no time.
