Sushi Yaki is a family-owned spot with a cozy, charming interior and some of the freshest, most flavorful sushi around, including beautifully crafted rolls like the Baked Salmon Roll that's an absolute work of art. The service is always friendly and quick, the portions generous, and the prices reasonable, making it my go-to for sushi and udon when craving a delicious, satisfying meal.
