The sandwiches here are always fresh with generous portions of meat, and the friendly staff makes every visit feel welcoming like catching up with old friends. The variety is great, prices are reasonable, and I especially love their soft, buttery bread and quick service that never disappoints.

The cheesy garlic bread at Big Town Hero had a strong burnt cheese flavor, lacking the garlic taste I was hoping for. Despite this, the business's support for mask-wearing and enforcement of the policy made our dining experience enjoyable and stress-free. The panini and soup I had, along with my husband's large sub, were delicious, and we appreciated the variety of cheeses and fresh bread used in our sandwiches. The reasonable prices, friendly staff, and fresh ingredients make this a standout sandwich shop that we will definitely visit again.
