I had my deer processed here for a dollar a pound plus fees, totaling $106 for a 60-pound deer, and although it was a bit pricey, the clean cutting and careful wrapping made it worth it. The staff is friendly and efficient, the quality of processing and packaging is excellent, and their deli sandwiches and smoked meats are absolutely delicious-it's always worth the trip despite the distance.

I had my deer processed at Russell's. The bone-in deer weighed 60 pounds, totaling $106 for the cut and wrap. The staff did an excellent job and I enjoyed the meat packaging and clean cuts.
